This is a 3 month/ 6 session program

  • The first session will be 90 minutes, subsequent sessions are one hour. All sessions via phone, Zoom or Skype
  • Each session is designed to build on the previous one
  • You get my support between sessions via email, text or calls as needed

Session 1: Discovery

By completing an in-depth questionnaire prior to our first call, you will likely begin to see yourself through a lens you have not used yet, and think about things you may have never thought about. 

In this 90 minute session we will explore where you are today, where do you want to go, what might be holding

you back, issues you may want to work on.  

Session 2: Uncovering beliefs, saboteures, guilt and shame

Understand those voices that are keeping you small, stuck and that hold you back from creating a life you want and deserve.

Start noticing what's happening when these feelings and voices show up, what the triggers are, and how to stop listening to them, get unstuck and move forward.

Session 3: Connecting to your inner wisdom and knowledge

Look inward and get to know the very powerful part of yourself. Find the inner strength to take back the power you may have given up and set new standards for your life.

Give yourself permission to create and enjoy your life, instead of letting it happen TO you.

Get in touch and learn how to access your inner wisdom and intuition.

Session 4: Identify values, strengths, build confidence and set boundaries

Get crystal clear on your values so you can begin to make decision that resonate with your values.

Examine and really appreciate what you are good at and discover where your strengths lie.

Get a sense of how you might utilize your strengths to your advantage.

Practice challenging courageous conversations and begin to create boundaries for yourself personally and/or professionally.

Session 5: Create your vision

ANYTHING is possible!

Get laser focused on your ideal job, relationship, life.

Visualize and embrace your perfect day knowing it can happen.

Dream BIG!

You will begin to learn who you need to be, what you need to do and what you you need to have to make YOUR vision YOUR reality.

Session 6: Strategy plan and map

Now that you know where you want to go, we will plan and map out how it will happen.

You will identify and define what you need in terms of support (emotional, financial, etc.)

We will set some timelines around when you will implement your plan and begin moving your life in the direction you know it is meant to be.
